St. Lawrence District

It is with sincere gratitude and humility that I thank you for the confidence and trust you have placed in me by electing me to serve as the Grand Master's representative for St. Lawrence District. It is both an honour and a privilege to serve our District during the coming Masonic year, and I look forward to sharing this journey with each of you.

Our Craft continues to flourish because of the dedication, kindness, and commitment of its members. Over the past several years, our District has made meaningful progress in Ritual, Education, and Mentorship. These efforts have strengthened our lodges, enriched our meetings, and helped welcome and retain our newest Brethren. I hope we will continue to build on that foundation together.

As we look ahead, I would also like to encourage us to think about how we can introduce Freemasonry to worthy men in our communities. Our District is blessed with Brethren who are innovative, skilled, and passionate about the Craft. By sharing ideas, supporting one another, and embracing new opportunities, I believe we can continue to grow while preserving the traditions and values that define us.

I am pleased to introduce our District Secretary, W. Bro. Rene Meulenbroek, who will be travelling with me throughout the year and working closely with each of our lodge secretaries. I know his experience, dedication, and willingness to help will be a valuable resource to our District.

Please join me in congratulating V.W. Bro. TJ Smith and V.W. Bro. Robert Parnell on their appointments as Grand Stewards. Their commitment to Freemasonry and their many years of faithful service to their lodges and our District have earned them this well-deserved recognition. I know they will serve with distinction.

I would also like to extend a heartfelt welcome to Friendly Brothers Lodge No. 143 as they join St. Lawrence District from Eastern District while continuing to meet at the Prescott Masonic Building. We are pleased to welcome you into our District family and look forward to sharing in your fellowship.

As I begin this year of service, I do so with optimism and appreciation for the privilege of visiting each of our lodges. I look forward to renewing friendships, making new ones, sharing in your fellowship, and learning from the many experiences and perspectives that make St. Lawrence District such a special place. Working together, I am confident we will continue to strengthen our lodges, support one another, and leave our District even stronger for those who follow.
